All investment contributions made through Daily-book.com are non-refundable once they are allocated to an active investment plan. By proceeding with an investment, you acknowledge and accept the associated financial risks.

2. No Guarantee of Refund

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• If funds have already been committed to an investment plan.
• If losses occur due to market volatility or inherent business risks.
• If a refund is requested due to changes in personal financial circumstances or preferences.

3. Exceptions: Valid Grounds for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate or accidental transactions reported within 24 hours of the transaction.
• Verified fraudulent activity or unauthorized access confirmed by our support team.
• Failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon investment services.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.

4. Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are governed by the terms of each specific investment plan. Eligibility, timing, and conditions for withdrawals are detailed in the plan documentation.

Note: A withdrawal is not the same as a refund and is subject to the plan-specific terms.
